Job Title: Recruiter with Customer Service Experience
Location: Karachi, Pakistan – Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter with strong Customer Service experience to join our team. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! This is a night shift position, so candidates must be available to work from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
Responsibilities:

✅ Source and recruit candidates for various roles
✅ Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process
✅ Maintain strong communication with candidates and clients
✅ Track candidate progress and update records
✅ Meet recruitment goals and deadlines

Qualifications:
🔹 At least 1-2 years in recruitment or customer service
🔹 Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
🔹 High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
🔹 Must be available to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
🔹 Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
