Are you ready to lead the future of digital banking? We’re looking for an innovative Product Manager to drive our Digital Onboarding, Roshan Digital Accounts, and local digital services initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback for innovation.
Manage Daily, Weekly, and Monthly SBP reporting and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product development and launches.
Drive customer-centric solutions ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Lead marketing efforts to promote Roshan Digital and Blink Accounts to target segments.
Measure success through KPIs and enhance product performance based on data-driven insights.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
Proven experience in product management in financial services or FinTech.
Strong understanding of digital banking, onboarding, and compliance.
Leadership and project management skills with expertise in MS Office tools.
Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
