Position: MTO SALES
Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi

JOB ROLE:
– Identify and hunt new clients through social media platforms, web scraping, databases etc.
– Make outbound calls to potential clients, develop proposals and align meetings to close the deals.
– Maintain and update CRM data daily.
– Ensure task alignment and follow-ups.
– Retarget previous clients and follow up on the provided contact database.
– Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
– Be social media savvy—engaging, sharing, and promoting on LinkedIn & various platforms.
– Be ready to shine in videos & branding content.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Atleast Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent experience.
– Atleast 6 months to 1 year experience in in Sales.
– Basic knowledge of social media platforms for content sharing
– Energetic and presentable.
– Comfortable on camera.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
