Job Description:
This role leads the marketing function as the brand custodian, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, activations, and launches within timelines and budgets.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resolves issues promptly, aligns stakeholders, and conducts pre- and post-campaign analyses.
Responsibilities:
-Execute brand positioning and marketing plans across digital, trade, OOH, and PR.
-Manage in-house teams for content, materials, and media plans within budget.
-Lead product development, improvement programs, and launches with -trade/media events.
-Collaborate with Sales to align goals, gather insights, and develop strategies.
-Analyze performance, recommend growth strategies, and optimize profitability.
Qualification & Experience:
BBA / MBA (Marketing)
5+ years of FMCG / CPG industry experience
What you will be getting
Salary: 250k – 300k
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM | Alternate Saturdays off
Location: Saba Avenue DHA Phase VI Karachi.
