Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Brief Summary:
The Manager of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of HR management, from recruitment and employee onboarding to performance management and HR operations. This role requires effective coordination with departments such as Procurement, IT, Finance, and Marketing to support new hires, maintain HR policies, manage payroll, and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer extension.
– Manage employee onboarding, including orientation setup and documentation of policies and benefits.
– Collaborate with IT and Admin to ensure new hires have necessary equipment and workstation setup.
– Oversee performance management and maintain employee records throughout their lifecycle.
– Coordinate payroll processing with Finance and conduct exit interviews.
– Address employee and manager inquiries, manage medical registrations, and work with insurance providers.
– Organize employee engagement activities and support employer branding in collaboration with Marketing.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in HR management, especially HR operations.
– Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and regulations.
– Excellent team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
– Proficiency in English, with regional reporting responsibilities.
