HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is Hiring a Specialist, HR Operations for One of Our Clients in hospital Industry.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary: PKR 150k-165k
Employment Type: Close-ended Contract (1 Year)

Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain accurate records in HRMS, ensuring all updates are correctly entered.
– Notify HR Business Partners (HRBPs) of employee separations to facilitate exit interviews.
– Ensure timely processing of onboarding, confirmations, contract changes, and terminations.
– Distribute and track exit checklists at least two weeks before an employee’s departure.
– Collaborate with Finance for final settlements and payroll adjustments.
– Prepare and submit quarterly exit review reports analyzing separation trends.
– Handle employee allowance processing, PRC updates, and job status changes.
– Provide stakeholder engagement and problem-solving support across all HR functions.

Requirements:
– Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
– 3 to 5 years of experience in HR administration within a large, multi-site organization.
– Proficiency in PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
– Deep expertise in HR processes, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
