Job Title: HR Officer (Full time, on-site position)
Job Location: Tariq Road, Karachi
Timing: 10am -7 pm (Mon-Sat)
Job Overview:
The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the HR department while assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, and talent acquisition activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive employee experience, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a strong company culture through employee engagement initiatives. The HR Officer will be expected to support the HR team with day-to-day tasks, including onboarding, performance management, and various HR administration functions.
Required Qualification & Skillset:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience or internships in HR or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage various HR functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent English written and verbal communication
Salary: Upto 40k (subject to the relevant skillset)
