Location: DHA 1, Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time, onsite
Timings: 1 PM – 9 PM

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
· Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other hiring channels.
· Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
· Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns, grievances, and queries.
· Implement conflict resolution strategies and mediate employee disputes.
· Promote positive working relationships across departments.
· Develop and implement performance appraisal processes.
· Support managers in setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
· Identify areas for employee development and training.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
· Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives.
· Manage the employee handbook, ensuring it reflects the company’s values and is up-to-date.
· Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
· Evaluate and administer employee benefits, including health, retirement, and wellness programs.
· Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures.
· Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for employees.
· Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
· Maintain accurate records of employee data.
· Provide HR reports and analytics to senior management for strategic decision-making.
· Track key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and engagement.
· Foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and teamwork within the organization.
· Organize employee engagement initiatives, including events, workshops, and feedback surveys.
· Lead efforts to improve employee retention and workplace morale
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
. 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in IT Sector
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Proficiency in HR software (HRIS), MS Office, and payroll systems.
