Job Location: Phase 6, Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
. Oversee HR operations across 7 branches.
. Conduct branch visits as and when required (field-based role).
. Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
. Implement HR policies, manage benefits, and drive culture initiatives.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM (with potential late sittings).
On-demand: Saturdays may require availability.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: PKR 120,000/month (non negotiable)
Benefits: Fuel allowance Air + conditioning in office + Medical coverage
Bonuses + Food/Lunch allowance (a certain amount)
