Job Title: HR Executive – Compensation & Benefits
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and company objectives.
Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain competitive pay structures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Prepare and analyze reports on compensation and benefits for management review.
Assist in budget planning for salaries, bonuses, and other reward programs.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain employee payroll records, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation policies.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management or a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and market compensation trends.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information.

Salary Package: 50K to 80K plus other Benefits
