Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HR and Admin Officer to join our Korangi, Office.

Key Responsibilities:

– Maintain records of personnel data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.)
– Assist in the recruitment process through screening candidates and conducting interviews
– Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
– Maintain HR records, update Organograms, and confirm employees after completion of probation
– Execute the recruitment process, including hiring for vacant positions and managing the career portal on LinkedIn and Indeed
– Prepare Offer E-mails/Letters and Appointment Letters for new joiners
– Prepare, check, and verify bills, invoices, receipts, schedules, purchase orders, and other documents as required
– Maintain office equipment and inventory supplies, ordering replacement supplies as needed
– Perform other related duties as assigned

Specifications:

– Education: BBA
– Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience
– Skills: MS Office, Communication, Time Management, Listening & Organizing, Teamwork
