Customer Relationship Officer/Loan Officer
Qualification & Experience: Intermediate along with 1-2 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
-To introduce Halan Microfinance Bank products and services to target population.
-To follow-up the prospects by regular contact with the identified potential clients.
-To propose new products and services to his current clients.
-To identify clientsโ needs and propose new products/services to the management.
-To ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
-To assist the clients in loan application.
-To conduct loan appraisal and to collect detailed information (personal, business, guaranties) on the field.
-To present the loan request at the loan committee.
-To monitor the loan portfolio and to ensure timely repayment.
-To run a full cash flow assessment on the potential clients.
-To carefully select the client on the basis of repayment capacity.
-To size the loan according to the clients ability as per the policy guidance.
Location: Karachi Only
Salary Package: 37,000/- + other allowances
