Details:
-Manage and supervise the dispatch of bulk and break-bulk cargo, ensuring timely and accurate cargo movements.
-Coordinate with consignees, shippers, transporters, and shipping agents for effective dispatch and cargo receival planning.
-Ensure compliance with cargo handling protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
-Monitor cargo loading and unloading operations, addressing any issues to prevent delays.
-Optimize resource allocation, including workforce and equipment, to meet operational demands.
-Maintain accurate records of cargo dispatch, inventory, and delivery schedules.
-Report operational performance and resolve any issues related to cargo dispatch in coordination with senior management.
-Lead, mentor, and develop the cargo dispatch team, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance performance and ensure professional growth.
Qualification: Bachelorโs degree (BBA) in Supply chain, transportation, logistics Management
Experience: 02 to 03 Years Experience in Shipping Industry
