Job Title: Administration Manager – Karachi
We’re Hiring on Behalf of a Renowned Foam & Mattress Company!
We are looking for a skilled Administration Manager to join the team of one of our esteemed clients in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience and be able to effectively manage office operations. This role will report directly to the Head of Security.
About the Role:
The Administration Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, support security operations, and ensure efficient office functioning. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Assist in coordinating security-related administrative tasks.
• Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies.
• Support the Head of Security in managing security resources and teams.
• Handle internal and external communication effectively.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and overall facility maintenance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience in managing office operations is a plus.
Salary: 100,000 PKR per month
