🔍 What You’ll Do:
✨ Lead a dedicated team of 3 HR personnel
✨ Oversee a major HR initiative, adding value to our HR department
✨ Manage end-to-end recruitment, performance modules, and policy implementation.

Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years of corporate experience in HR, ideally in IT
✔️ Expertise in recruitment, policy development, and performance management.
