Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and discreet book writer to create compelling written content for high-profile clients, including authors, public figures, and business professionals. The ideal candidate should have exceptional writing skills, the ability to adapt to different tones and styles, and a strong background in research and storytelling.
As a book writer, you will work closely with clients to transform their ideas, experiences, and research into engaging manuscripts, articles, speeches, or other written materials. Confidentiality and trustworthiness are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Write content that accurately reflects the voice, tone, and style of the client.
Transform creative concepts, interviews, and research materials into compelling narratives.
*Collaborate with clients, editors, and publishers to ensure high-quality, polished content.
*Conduct in-depth research to support the accuracy and credibility of written materials.
*Edit, format, and proofread content to meet publishing standards.
*Ensure confidentiality and maintain strict discretion regarding client information.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma (minimum requirement); a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Liberal Arts is a plus.
Proven experience in writing, editing, and storytelling (portfolio or writing samples required).
Ability to adapt writing style to match different voices and genres.
Strong research and interviewing skills.
Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
Experience formatting manuscripts for IPS (Independent Publishing Standards) is an advantage.
