Job Title: HR Technical Recruiter
onsite role in Karachi.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a skilled HR Technical Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts for technical roles, including cyber security engineers, penetration testers, and security analysts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical recruitment principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with our technical teams to identify and attract top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent in the cyber security industry
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and preferences for open roles
3. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
4. Conduct technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
5. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
6. Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners
8. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform recruitment strategies and improve outcomes
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the cyber security industry
3. Strong understanding of technical recruitment principles, practices, and technologies
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Nice to Have:
1. Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
2. Experience working with startups or early-stage companies
3. Knowledge of cyber security technologies, including threat management, incident response, and security analytics
4. Certification in recruitment or human resources, such as SHRM-CP or PHR
