– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

– Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
– Ensure a smooth candidate experience and employer branding.
Requirements:
– 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
