📍 Location: Karachi
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
📅 Experience: Minimum 3 years in handling legal matters related to labor laws and factory regulations
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to labor laws and factory regulations
✅ Ensuring company compliance with EOBI, SESSI, and other statutory requirements
✅ Handling employee relations (ER) matters and resolving labor disputes
✅ Liaising with regulatory bodies and legal authorities as needed
✅ Assisting in internal audits and compliance reporting
Skills Required:
🔹 Strong knowledge of Pakistan’s labor and factory laws
🔹 Experience in legal drafting and compliance management
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
